Proceedings to book your meeting

In order to keep full personal flexibility for all participants of the European Healey Meeting 2018, you are requested to proceed in two steps

a) officially register with the EHM 2018 organisation
b) select and book your personal accodomation at EUROPA PARK - reservations open as of end August 2017 (the EHM organisation is not handling any bookings for accomodation)

as of 2018 - Final Down Payment and booking of the Special Events

EHM 2018 Registration

The registration fee of EUR 500 per person includes all services provided by the EHM organisation such as

Goodie bag
Rally-number, sticker, roadbook
Lunch-box for planned drives (2 days)
Welcome party including beverages
Bavarian night with music including beverages
Farewell dinner and surprises including beverages
exclusive EHM 2018 souvenir badge (1 per car)

The full registration fee per person applies regardless of the length of stay during the EHM 2018 (no discounts offered for shorter stays). Children up to 14 years of age are granted a discounted registration fee.

Accommodation / Hotels

To keep full flexibility for the participants, you have the option to either

a) select your preferred hotel and type of room within the Europa Park where a sufficient block of 400 rooms has been reserved for the EHM 2018. Budgety rooms for 4 persons up to suites available.
Bookings at the hotels of Europa Park with binding room-rates will be available as of end-August 2017.
Booked rooms can be cancelled at no cost until one month prior to the event (please see General Business Terms)

b) choose your own accomodation at random in the vicinity to the Europa Park location. The close-by village of Rust offers a plentyful variety of small hotels, guest houses, B&B or apartments. Rust is in walking distance (approx. 15 minutes) from the Europa Park.

c) Camping at the Europa Park is also available.

Please observe cancellation terms - it is recommended to arrange for a private travel cancellation insurance.

EHM registration fee is EUR 1'000.00 / 2 persons. Children up to 14 years of age are granted a discounted registration fee of EUR 350.00 / person.
6 nights at the Europa Park Hotel (standard room) 2 persons EUR 1'400.00 approx.

Special Events

There will be a "Track Day" at the Circuit de l'Anneau du Rhin. Participation as a competitive driver, a gentlemen driver or just as visitor for lunch, requires a reservation in advance. A fee per car/person applies - see below.
